Chinese Service Center of America (CSCA) is proud to launch a new program – China Cell Phone Rental.
The cell phone rental program will provide the customer the ability of using a China cell phone number when in mainland China and pay low rate to make and receive calls. |

| The rental program |
The rental rate covers the follow
- The usage of the phone/charger during the rental period
- The SIM card (which provides the China cell phone number). Your will not use a phone number that somebody else had used before. That means no strange calls. Also, you know your phone number in China before you get on the flight. The phone number (SIM card) is yours to keep.
- A charge card (or included in the SIM card) with airtime worth RMB 50. This is good to make/receive 50~100 minutes calls in China or make 20~40 minutes of calls to US (using 17951 VoIP – see operation instructions for details)
A prepaid FedEx shipping label and box you can use to ship the phone and the charger back to us. |

| Ordering Procedures |
The rental time starts counting the same day as the equipments scheduled deliver time.
Make sure you know when you need the phone and how long you need it.
A $150 security/damage/lost deposit will be added to the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded after we have received the equipments and verified all equipments are in good working condition.

| Returning the Equipments |
All rented equipments should be shipped back to us using the provided USPS label and post marked within 2 days of rental period up date.
Each day delayed will be charged at $5/day rate, this amount will be deducted when refunding the deposit.

| Cancellations |
Orders cancelled before we ship out the equipments will cause a $10 cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after we shipped out the equipments will cause a $20 cancellation fee.

| Lost and Damage |
If the phone is damaged or lost, your deposit will not be refunded. Instead, we will issue you a purchase receipt for the total amount of rental and deposit. There is a $30 fine if the charge is damaged
