Urgent Notification

The Visa Office of the Chinese Embassy notified today that from February 1, 2012 the office only accepts the applications from those who reside in the state under the consular jurisdiction of the Embassy. Other applicants should submit applications at the Chinese Consulate-General that holds consular jurisdiction over the state in which he or she resides. Therefore, effective immediately, CSCA will only accept visa applications from applicants who reside in Washington DC and the following fifteen states: Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.

We will walk you through to fill out the registration forms online.
At end of the process, you will get a case ID which can be used to check the status of your application. A checklist and the completed application forms will also be ready for you to print.
